Winter bathing is not only good for your health, but it’s also really fun! When dark, we switch on the underwater lighting for the optimal bathing experience. At Kallabad there is always a hole in the frozen sea-ice, a warm sauna, a fire, and hot coffee.

Regardless of which solution suits you best, a bathing guide is always included to give instructions, keeping the sauna warm, the fire alive and offers freshly brewed coffee or tea. A cold bath certificate is included for guests who complete the experience. This is also an excellent warm-up for participation in the annual event Scandinavian Winter Swimming Championship, held in Skellefteå.
