Welcome to Villa Elba, located in the historic Sannanranta villa district by the sea, just a few kilometres from the centre of Kokkola. Whether you are planning an inspiring meeting, a team wellbeing day, a multi-day seminar or the celebration of a lifetime, we will help you create an unforgettable event.

All six of our meeting and event venues offer stunning sea views, providing a unique setting for successful gatherings. With the exception of Luotsi, all meeting rooms are equipped with modern audiovisual technology.

Our kitchen creates memorable dining experiences using high-quality ingredients and a genuine passion for food. Our menus are carefully designed around the finest seasonal produce, with an emphasis on organic and locally sourced ingredients. Sustainability, flavour and hospitality are at the heart of everything we serve.

We also offer a variety of nature-based experiences, shared outdoor adventures and relaxing moments in the peaceful coastal surroundings.

Elba Hall, Aava, the Nature Classroom and Elban Helmi are fully accessible.

Elba Hall:
Meeting and event venue for 50–150 guests
Combined with the dining hall and the Aava meeting room, accommodates events for up to 300 guests
Equipped with modern meeting technology and a video conferencing system

Aava Meeting Room:
Suitable for 30–60 guests
A flexible multi-purpose space that can be divided into three smaller rooms with movable partition walls

Nature Classroom:
A nature-themed meeting space for up to 30 participants

Elba’s Pearl:
Meeting and sauna venue for up to 20 guests
Located by the waterfront with the opportunity for swimming

Old Villa:
A charming historic villa for meetings and celebrations of up to 30 guests
Accommodation for up to 12 people
During the summer season, guests can also rent the delightful wood-fired Pier Sauna located next to the villa

Luotsi:
A quiet meeting room for up to 8 participants
