Welcome to a peaceful fishing and recreation area at Simoriver Lapinkoski – we are located in southern part of Lapland! At Simoriver Lapinkoski you will find a high-quality brand new log cabins, a separate sauna, an outdoor fireplace, boats and kayaks for fishing & fun. When you rent a cottage, you also rent the whole area for your private use, in the middle of beautiful nature and Simoriver. Guide and restaurant services are daily available during the summer season – just a 15 min walk from the lodges!

When booking a cottage, you can book additional services from us, such as fishing equipment, a rowing canoe designed for fishing, a kayak or even a fully equipped salmon rowing boat. For groups of at least 6 people we offer the possibility of food services, delivered even directly to the cottages.

In addition to Lapinkoski’s own extensive shore fishing area, there are popular general fly fishing destinations nearby, such as Hanskankoski and Hömmönkoski. Lohiranta Louhelankari is also available for Lapinkoski’s customers. Book and enjoy quality accommodation in one of the best fishing spots on the Simojoki!

Lapinkoski area is also an excellent place for accommodation if your destination is Martimoaava mire protection area. The start of the Martimoaava hiking route is located about 5 km from Lapinkoski. The log paths has just been renovated in the area. The hiking route, with a maximum length of about 13 km, is ideal for day trips or weekend trips.
